THE BENEFITS OF JOINING
1) Every month your organization could win a $10,000 or $25,000 donation.
2) Every week one of our youth could win a scholarship from $1,000, to $25,000.
3) Every week, one of our supporters will win $1,000 cash, and could win $25,000 cash, in one of four giveaways each year.
4) After six months in our program, your organization will be eligible for $10,000 sponsorship to help with things to grow, and help take care of team/ organization needs, and expenses.
5) Every student in your program, will automatically be registered to my (T-BOY) SCHOLARSHIPS AND SCHOOL FUNDING PROGRAM.
6)Each Team/organization, will receive a membership card, which entitles you to earn points/ cash for your program, to do what you see fit to make you program better, or so something special for the youth in your organization.
7)All organizations, will be featured in My magazine publication called KEEP IT REAL MAGAZINE.
8) Each issue one coach and one player, or student who displays academic excellence, will have a full-page article done, based excellence, on and off the field, in and out of the classroom. I will be choosing them personally.
9) Each grade period, the student who achieves the highest academic score, will receive a $10,000 scholarship.
10) The top (5) programs, will receive a full year sponsorship, from the National All Sports Hall Of Fame.
(11) The top program, which I will select, will be given an all expense paid trip to Disney, compliments of Howell Promotions.
(12) An all-star team will be selected from all our programs combined, all those players, will receive scholarships from the (T-BOY) SCHOLARSHIPS AND SCHOOL FUNDING PROGRAM.

OTHER SCHOLARSHIPS WE OFFER
HOWELL PROMOTIONS & (T-BOY) SCHOLARSHIPS
1. $1,000 Athlete of the week.
2. $2,500 player of the game.
These are given out weekly, based on the athletic performance.
ACADEMIC EXCELLENCE
3. $5,000 Academic Excellence.
These are given away to students enrolled in our scholarship and school funding program. These students must have shown excellence in the classroom on a consistent basis.
4. $10,000 Scholarships given away during our weekly and or monthly drawings. Students must be a registered student to our scholarship and school funding program, to be eligible.
NOTE: SCHOLARSHIPS STUDENTS CAN APPLY FOR, THAT NEVER HAVE TO BE PAID BACK.
NOTE: The student must maintain a minimal 3.5 GPA.

SCHOLARSHIPS TO BE GIVEN AWAY
$100,000 Scholarships 5 per year available. Note: Must have a minimal 3.5 GPA to apply/ be eligible.
The (HOWELL SCHOLARSHIP)
FULL FOUR-YEAR SCHOLARSHIPS there are 2 per year available.
One is given away during our December 31st New Years Eve drawing.
Only requirement is to sell 25 of the $25,000 giveaway tickets within the year.
One is given away to one outstanding student through our application process, which includes,
Minimum 4.0 GPA
A written essay
A remarkable show of community service, and or service to others.
A written letter of recommendation
A reputation that needs no explanation. You show, or have skills that this country, and fellow countryman fine as a valued asset.
NOTE: If you are given this prestigious award, you must always maintain your GPA. Failure to do so, may result in the loss of the remaining scholarship assistance.
NOTE: ALL SCHOLARSHIPS GIVEN TO A STUDENT, THAT STUDENT MUST MAINTAIN A LEVEL OF DIGNITY, THAT IS RESPECTFUL, AND HONORABLE. SCHOLARSHIPS CAN BE FORFEITED FOR REASON THAT HOWELL PROMOTIONS FIND DISHONORABLE TO OUR ORGANIZATION.

POWER POINTS SCHOLARSHIPS
1 - Every week we are giving away scholarships to our students, to help with private school, and college tuition.
2 - Every week we are giving away donations, to our schools, churches, youth programs, and non-profit organizations.
3 - We can build our million men and million women mentoring program, that is to help youth in need of a mentor, and or counseling.
4 - We are creating jobs, and work opportunities, for many people around the country.
5 - We can self-fund our (FOOD vault), and other outreach programs, to help families in need for free.
6 - We can help youth programs that help keep our kids active in sports, and other activities, that keep them off the streets and out of gangs, and drugs etc.
7 - We also have scholarships that students can apply for, that never have to be paid back.
8- We give away scholarships for academic excellence, at the end of each grade period, to students who work extremely hard to achieve such high honors.
9 - Although we love our sports, we push, and encourage Education First.
10- We create a level playing field, to eliminate excuses, and provide the opportunities to students, who are serious about their future, their education, and help them reach their goals, in situations they otherwise wouldn't be able.

XPLOSION ELITE ALLSTARS CHEERLEADING
WHAT MAKES US YOUR BEST CHOICE?
1. We have the best coaching team to be assembled.
2. Our coaches, and staff care about our student athletes.
3. Our coaches, and training staff have first had experience in the field of cheerleading.
4. If your child makes our elite cheer team, there will be zero cost to you, the parent. That is right no monthly or yearly dues. No competition entry fees, no uniform cost. (for training, uniforms, competition fees, or travel expenses for your cheerleader).
5. This being our biggest and most valuable reason, if your child makes our elite cheer team, and completes our program as a senior in high school, they are guaranteed college tuition from our (T-BOY) scholarships and school funding program.
NOTE: STUDENTS MUST HAVE NO LESS THAN A 3.5 GPA UPON GRADUATION.
ONCE THE CHEER SLOTS ARE FULL, WE WILL ONLY FILL VACANT SLOTS. SO, IF YOUR CHILD DOESN’T MAKE OUR ELITE COMPETITION SQUAD AT FIRST, THEY COULD FILL ONE OF THE VACANT SPOTS THROUGHT OUR NEXT TRYOUTS.
This means, your child can still be a part of Xplosion Elite Allstars, without making our elite competition team. This allows them the training, and coaching they need to possibly make the competition team in the future.
NOTE: We will choose from within our program first to fill vacant slots. We will however be doing outside tryouts as well, to assure we put together the best team possible. For more information call 704-674-5459.
Registration fee for trying out is $300.00, which registers your cheerleader to our scholarship program.
